Employee Retention


The Global Technology Group screens and interviews approximately 100 candidates per month. As detailed, the process is time ($) consuming. In order to retain desired profit margins, we focus on employee retention. Employee retention is accomplished as follows:

Initial Compensation

All employee consultants are compensated in excess of industry competitive standards.
Incentives All employee consultants are compensated for interviewing, referrals, and new client references.

Reviews and Compensation Increases

All employee consultants are compensated (at least once per year) for exceptional performance. Financial incentives are rewarded independent of rate increase from clients.
